Meek Mill’s “B Boy” is the type of track people who clamor for “old school hip-hop” must have been salivating for. A$AP Ferg has long been competing with A$AP Rocky as the best rapper in the A$AP Mob, and Big Sean is coming off his best stretch of recordings. The three together prove to be a tremendous force, feeding off each other and the generous beat that begs for the hard-hitting rhymes Mill, Sean, and Ferg spit over it. None of the three rappers upstage the others, because they’re all on the same stage. It’s the rare occasion where there’s no picking sides. Everyone wins.
